This whistle is 1/2 the size of a normal High-D whistle - plays an octave higher.  High pitch breaks through in noisy sessions.  All brass body with plastic windway block.

This model has a slide that covers the toneholes since it would be very difficult to play with human hands.  Toneholes underneath make it more accurate than a slide whistle.   Also, a person could play this with less than the normal number of fingers or with one hand.

This is not a child's toy, we cannot take responsibility for the high pitch played in the wrong hands.  High pitch used indiscriminately can hurt someone's ears - use responsibly.   Shaft may require oil from time to time - trumpet valve oil or trombone slide oil works fine.
